The Homewatch program
Our Homewatch Program offers peace of mind to absentee owners with scheduled property checks on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. During each visit, our team follows a comprehensive checklist to ensure that your property remains secure and in top condition. We check all interior appliances and exterior equipment, walk the grounds for any signs of damage, assess for maintenance or repair needs, and perform water flow checks on sinks, toilets, and other fixtures to detect potential leaks.
Additional Services
Additional services include mail collection and forwarding, pest inspection, and routine upkeep such as changing light bulbs and replacing air conditioning filters. We also coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed, providing timely status updates to homeowners. At the end of each month, you’ll receive a detailed report and completed checklist, giving you peace of mind that your property is being thoroughly cared for and maintained.
